Friday mornings Todd & Jayde invite local bars, restaurants and lounges to join them in studio so they can sample one of their signature cocktails on the air. It’s a public service really.
Each week we also post the recipes here so you can make your own, or you can stop by and have a professional make it for you.
The Cocktail: Berries & Bubbles
- 1 ¼ ounce Belvedere Citrus Vodka
- ¾ ounce Crème de Cassis
- 1 ½ ounce sour mix
- 1 ounce Domaine Chandon Brut
- Fresh berries
- Dry ice

About The Manhattan Cricket Club: founded in 2013, pays homage to the colonial clubs that were prominent throughout the British Empire at the turn of the 20th
Century. This modern “speakeasy” is a luxury cocktail den located above neighborhood hotspot, Burke & Wills. Accessed via a secret door in the restaurant, guests ascend the stairs to an opulent 19th century apartment. Whilst the aesthetic is antique, the food and drinks are modern and progressive.
Membership of the MCC is its own reward. Members receive priority seating and have access to advanced reservations. Membership includes a Spirit Locker where a bottle may be purchased and stored for consumption at your leisure. Member-only events such as spirit and wine tastings, cocktail classes and outings round out the member experience.
The MCC is open to non-Members on a first-come basis for groups up to 6 people. The only venue of it’s kind on the Upper West Side, the MCC offers world class cocktails and cuisine in an intimate, luxury environment

- 1 oz silver tequila
- .5 oz agave
- .5 oz fresh lemon juice
