The Cocktail: Paloma in Paros
- 1.5 ounces Tsipouro
- .5 ounces pomegranate syrup
- .5 ounces lime juice
- Grapefruit soda
- Pomegranate seeds
About Ousia: It’s a Greek-focused Mediterranean concept from the family-owned and operated Livanos Restaurant Group, brings intimate shared dining experiences to Manhattan for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. Located within the architectural landmark VIA 57 WEST residential building in Manhattan. The Cocktail: The Blood Orange Mango Mojito
- Muddle 1 quarter slice of orange with 3-4 fresh mint leaves
- Mix 1oz of white rum, 1oz of mango rum (we use Flor De Cana and Cruzan respectively) with oz of blood orange pureé and 1/2oz of lime juice
- add ice and quickly shake (3seconds), only enough to mix the ingredients
- pour into glass and top with a splash of club soda
- garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and enjoy

About Sen Sakana: Sen Sakana is the only Nikkei Kitchen in Manhattan. Nikkei, derived from the Japanese term nikkeijin, refers to the Japanese people who immigrated to the South American country. While Nikkei remained a Peruvian specialty, the cuisine will be introduced to New York at Sen Sakana this June.
